1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 49bet ("we", "us", "the platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 49bet website, mobile application, and all associated services.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active 49bet account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered will be closed and any balances in those accounts will be forfeited.

When registering your 49bet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 49bet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 49bet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

4 Deposits and Payments

49bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits are credited to your 49bet account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the deposit page within your account. There are no fees charged by 49bet on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• All funds deposited into your 49bet account must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
• 49bet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance.

49bet does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time. Any cryptocurrency transfers sent to 49bet addresses will not be credited and cannot be recovered.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 49bet account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. If your deposit method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Where there is a conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term takes precedence.

The 49bet welcome bonus is available to new players who register and make their first qualifying deposit. The bonus percentage and minimum deposit requirement are stated on the promotions page. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money funds are used first in all wagering.
• 49bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or placing offsetting bets — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• Bonuses that have not been used within 30 days of being credited will expire automatically.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on 49bet use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is regularly audited to ensure that results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 49bet itself.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information section. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your account balance. 49bet is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's side.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. Results cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• Using any software, script, or tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 49bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on 49bet.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your location or identity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any 49bet game or system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 49bet staff or other players.
• Attempting to launder money through the 49bet platform.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 49bet reserves the right to close the account, forfeit all balances, and report the activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

49bet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.
